Earlier this week I set five goals for the weekend:
- Find someone to help me finish the dating book (I’ve outlined, I’ve started it, but it’s my first book. It needs to turn out well and I’m not an expert.)
- Launch “Terribly Funny“- A site featuring everything humorous online.
- Outline parts of my blogging book based on my experience launching Terribly Funny and the lessons I’ve learned with this blog
- Decide how best to monetize the Fire Board Plugin I developed.
- Post often, and let you know how things progress.
Here’s how I’m doing
But…A Man’s Man should be ready for lift-off come Monday. Stay tuned.

1It seems like you are launching a succession of websites in a short time. Won’t it be better to take your time with each project?

2Yes. That’s why the book and the humor site are on hold. One launch at a time.

3Wow, I like your goals, but building an advertising network as item 1 and from a virtual hosting solution is probably a bit ambitious. I have experience in that particular topic area and I think you should be far more concerned about optimization, server load, etc. than tax issues. The tax side of this is not that bad.
Keep good records, collect required tax info and issue 1099’s. That’s pretty much it, in a nutshell.
You will have to deal with highly optimizing code and database, server performance, server load, server availability, fraud detection/prevention, etc.
